As a member of the Enterprise Desktop Management Support team, and under general supervision, apply advanced knowledge of industry standards, best practices and USNH policies to provide a wide range of support for both hardware and software. Responsible for asset management and life-cycle management process.Direct customer support for faculty, staff and computers, mobile devices, account access, networking, cloud-storage solutions, security and data management. Provide training and documentation for systems, software, policies and procedures.Manage and/or participate in project management initiatives central to the teaching and research mission at UNH.Seek advancement and personal training opportunities to improve technical and management skill sets.

Associateâs degree and four years of experience, Bachelorâs degree and two years of experience, or combination of education and experience equal to six years.Expertise in multiple information technology areas (networks, configuration management, cyber security, operating systems, active directory, group policy, and software) and experience with Windows or Macintosh OSX computer platforms, handheld devices/smartphones, and networking.Strong customer-focused support skills.Organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills.Project management, strategic planning, and asset management experienceValid driverâs license. |
