Performs the full range of duties from specimen procurement through data analysis and reporting, in order to provide data for use in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of disease in all areas of the lab. Is accountable for accurate results. Salary Range: Hourly Rate Minimum $48.84 Midpoint $56.64 Maximum $64.44 Required Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Must be willing to testify in court regarding testing activities if subpoenaed Must be willing to work variable shifts and overtime as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Current CA CLS License Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms Licenses and Certifications: Clinical Laboratory Scientist(Required) Physical, Mental, & Environmental Demands To comply with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 the essential physical, mental and environmental requirements for this job are listed below.
