Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the Rutgers School of Nursing. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Program Coordinator will provide financial management and administrative support services for the Finance Department. Will review and process fiscal related requests in accordance with University policies and procedures as well as internal guidelines to ensure smooth financial operations of the School. Among the key duties for this position are the following
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field plus four (4) years of financial or administrative experience. Knowledge of spreadsheet applications and database systems used in financial and/or accounting applications preferred. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Standing, sitting, walking, talking and hearing.
