Position Summary: In the Account Manager role, you will manage an inside support team, an extended team of suppliers and the overall client relationship with our Fortune 200 client(s). This position will report directly to the SVP of Account Management. In this position, you will oversee program management and cultivate the relationship between the Client, Zorch, and Zorch Suppliers. You will develop accounts, evolve the program as needed, build new relationships, identify growth opportunities, and motivate and manage a team of on and off-site customer service representatives.
