Poly Prep seeks applicants for the position of Assistant Football Coach. The Assistant Coach is responsible for, assisting, developing and maintaining an effective and competitive football program. The retention of quality student-athletes in this program will be integral to this position. The Assistant Coach is responsible for all aspects of the football program to include the ongoing development of the student-athletes. The Assistant Coach will also be expected to demonstrate the ability to promote the physical, intellectual, and social growth of student-athletes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Providing instruction to athletes of all skill levels
Attending all practices and games which is a 5-6 day a week commitment, Monday-Friday are practices 3:30 pm – 5:50 pm.
Supervising student-athletes while riding the bus.
Communicating with athletes, parents/guardians
Taking attendance
Adhering to Poly Prep Policies
Attending Coaching meetings
