CEO provides leadership, direction, and administration to effectively grow the hospital by ensuring clinical excellence, operating efficiency, and financial strength in all aspects of our critical access hospital, rural health clinic, and ambulance service. This includes leadership in developing a strong management team and directing the short term and long-range strategic planning functions aimed at providing quality services and a financially sound organization. Cultivate positive relationships and maintain an environment of collaboration and cooperation at all levels of the organization with a focus on optimum patient care and continuous improvement. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing healthcare operations.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty. Master’s degree is preferred. Five years of successful senior level healthcare management/administration preferably in a hospital setting. |
