EAB Navigateis a student success management system, Navigate, a comprehensive technology that links administrators, faculty, staff, and advisors in a coordinated care network to support students from enrollment through graduation and beyond.With an eye toward effective implementation, the Associate Director ofStudent Success andEAB Navigate Managerensures that EAB Navigate delivers a high-quality experience to students, faculty, and staff and utilizes both innovative and tested solutions to support the College???s retention and graduation goals. The role also includes the responsibility of providing technical support and scaffolding for the entire Student Success Unit. The Associate Director ofStudent Success andEAB Navigate Manager must possess both technical and organizational skills to facilitate cross functional effectiveness with a variety of stakeholders on campus.
