Job Summary/Essential Job Functions: Under the direction of the Director of Continuing Education, this position assists in the facilitation of continuing education activities and day-to-day administrative duties within the office. This position also assists with educational components of classroom work and assignments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Processes bids and contracts for continuing education (CE) programs and support systems; coordinates logistics required for activities (catering, IT support, etc)
2. Collaborates with the Office of Communications and Marketing to design, proofread, and order marketing materials. Assembles materials for seminars, i.e. notebooks, name tags, AV and computer, and other supplies.
3. Prepares Joint Providership Agreements for continuing education activities.
4. Submit updates to the College of Pharmacy's CE webpage and learning management system (LMS) pages to allow for participant registration, evaluation, and awarding of credit for completion of CE activities
5. Prepares and processes faculty honorariums and hotel and travel invoices/reimbursements.
6. Prepares quicken account of income and expenses.
7. Collaborates on continuing education activities for local pharmacy/healthcare societies, pharmacy residency programs, and continuing medical education (CME) companies to ensure compliance with Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) standards and policies.
8. Assists with proofreading and duplicating course syllabuses, proctoring exams, and grading, tabulating, and posting students final grades to Blackboard.
9. Assists the Director and Assistant Director of Continuing Education with community outreach projects, as needed.
10. Assist the Director and Assistant Director of Continuing Education with preparing progress reports for CE activities, including certificate programs
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
