Under the direct supervision of the Hospitality Services Management Team, this positon provides administrative support to the Departmental Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Director. Prepares, maintains and updates departmental calendars, schedules, memos and documentation related to policies and procedures, contracts, purchase orders, work requests and employees' personal files and other related Compliance requirements. Creates and Issues (MS Word and Excel) Reports on various Hospitality Services related functions. Coordinates and prepares for all departmental meetings as directed. This position will interface directly with Project Management, Accounts Payable and Vendors to author, issue, track and maintain compliance of vendor contacts and service agreements. Conducts supply inventory and submits orders in the designated ordering system. Posts and updates approved departmental communication and information. This position is responsible for the efficient performance of filing, recording, documenting, phone, email and face to face communications and follow-up to and with all Customers.
