The individual in this position is responsible, under the direction of the Assistant AD/Ticket Sales & Annual Giving, for the efficient operation of the athletic ticket office in the areas of both operations and game management. Responsibilities include the hiring and scheduling of student and temporary staff in order to host home athletic events across five ticketed sports. Position will assist the Assistant AD/Ticket Sales & Annual Giving with the overall administration of the athletic ticket system (Paciolan) and assist in coordinating the annual sales calendar and daily fiscal management.
Essential Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage game day sales and operations of box office staff
Work with Assistant AD to develop operations, sales, and communications strategies for athletic ticket office.
Work with External Relations staff (marketing, communications, development, facilities, alumni) to maximize revenue potential and integration with broader community outreach plan.
Serve as primary point of contact for daily audit of all box office financial transactions, including ticket sales and donations
Recruit, hire, and train professional and student staff in order to provide seamless customer service process for all ticketed events.
Coordinate pass list operations for home and visiting teams for all ticketed sporting events.

Salary
Full-time, Administrative staff position available. Administrative Grade Level 351. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Full benefit package available.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in Sport Administration, Sport Management, Business or a related field. Degree must be conferred at the time of application
The following experience is required:
1-2 year of ticket sales and/or ticket office operations experience (2 years of graduate assistantship equals 1 year of professional experience)
