 FINANCIAL ANL 4 (Sr. Budget and Finance Analyst) Department Description This position is part of the OCP Finance, Operations, and HR cluster that provides regular advise and consultation to the organization's executives, whose scope of responsibility extend beyond campus affairs to include systemwide, state, and federal relationships. Manages highly sensitive, high profile budget and finance actions and matters related to critical campus initiatives. Job Summary Under general guidance of the OCP Finance and Operations Director, perform budgetary and financial functions for one or more units within the Office of the Chancellor and Provost (OCP), including projects to assist in their effective fiscal management, and represent OCP in meetings and discussions as needed. Ensure appropriate accounting and internal controls are maintained. Prepare and establish budgets, organize resources according to budgetary plans, prepare both routine and ad hoc financial reports using data from the general ledger and unit or project budgets, and forecast revenue and expenses. Assist in the development and/or analysis of rates for recharge services and other revenue/funding sources. Assist in the development and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs). POSITION INFORMATION PHYSICAL DEMANDS
