We are looking for a part-time or full-time OD comfortable to work Monday-Friday. We need an optometrist who is comfortable with medical optometry who values work-life balance as we build a team of ODs balancing faith-family while caring for the people in the world. Potential to make 120k+ on 3-4days/week. We are also interested in doctors looking to be owners.
We currently have 5 locations and 9 doctors, optometrist owned and operated. We continue to desire to grow our practice by increasing OD owners and remaining fiercely independent. Our compensation for doctors in the production model continues to be on the higher end of what the market currently offers. We are driven to develop a culture that promotes OD to OD interaction and a culture focused on patient first, integrity always, and the pursuit of excellence. Our faith values drive us to continue to grow together as a team of doctors learning and continuing to keep each other accountable for the best in patient care.
