Position Classification FT Administrator Position Summary The Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) provides leadership for carrying out the School of Law’s commitment to creating a diverse community of students, staff, administrators, and faculty in which there are equitable policies, procedures and programming that facilitate an inclusive environment and foster a shared sense of belonging. Further, the Assistant Dean for DEIB will serve as the School of Law’s liaison to the University for any University-wide DEIB initiatives Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategy, Vision, and Mission

Physical Requirements Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10 pounds). Work Environment Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office. Salary/Pay Information Commensurate with experience. Anticipated Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
