The primary objective of this position is to provide high quality customer service to NEC students and families regarding financial aid, billing and payments.
• Promptly answer incoming calls and make outreach calls; • Effectively and accurately communicate Federal and Institutional financial aid and billing polices and procedure; • Assist students to obtain all available funding to help cover account balances; • Assist students with the completion of financial aid and billing requirements; • Process and reconcile payments.
• 1-3 years customer service experience; • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience working in a business office; • Experience working in higher education.
