This RN would be part of our Central Staffing Resource Department in the Adult Critical Care Cluster. Responsibilities of the Adult Critical Care Cluster To provide safe and effective nursing care as assigned to patients in each of the 7 Adult Intensive Care Units. This includes caring for patients in the Trauma Burn, Neuro-Surgical, Cardiovascular Surgery, Surgical, Medical, and Cardiac Intensive care unit, and Intermediate care units. This posting replaces positions from #208034 Must have a current Michigan Registered Nurse License. Must be able to pass the CSR EKG exam with at least an 80% Candidate should demonstrate expertise in communication and problem solving skills within all levels of the health care team as evidenced by interviews, documentation, writing skills, and references. Salary & Nursing Framework Level: Hours: 36 hrs per week This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Michigan Nurses Association and the U-M Professional Nurse Council union, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
