Hunters Run Country Club is looking for a highly motivated individual with positive leadership skills to join our professional team. Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent directs and participates in all aspects of the maintenance and repair of the golf course. He/She also serves in the Superintendents role during their absence.
Duties include but not limited to
Supervision of staff
Delegation of assignments
Manage employee projects
Tournament course preparation
Observe daily playing conditions including mowing quality, green speeds, bunker conditions, course setup and soil moisture
Equipment operation and safety training
Chemical application record keeping
Irrigation operation, repair, and troubleshooting
Applying chemicals and fertilizer
Spray/Fertilizer equipment calibration
Perform other duties as needed
2 year degree in Golf Course Maintenance or related field,

Hunters Run Country Club is a luxury private community in Boynton Beach, Florida founded in 1978 on 900 acres with 1649 residences. Minutes from the Atlantic Ocean Hunters Run has three unique 18-hole championship golf courses. The North course was renovated in 2018 by John Sanford, the East course was renovated by Kipp Schulties in 2008, and the South course was designed by Mark McCumber in 2001. Future renovations are in the planning stages for 2023 and 2024.
