Stanford University recognized as one of the most prestigious and innovative academic institutions in the world, is in search of an Accounting and Budget Manager to manage ongoing financial transactions of Stanford Career Education. Stanford Career Education supports all Stanford students by offering career-focused coaching, programming, resources, and online platforms to empower students to achieve career success. The successful candidate will be comfortable articulating basic accounting procedures and processes to a broad audience.
The Accounting and Budget Manager reports to the Assistant Vice Provost and Executive Director for Stanford Career Education and performs a variety of regular and recurring professional accounting functions involving fiscal interpretation and analysis, reconciliations, and reviews of multiple accounts and transactions. The position assists with budget and salary planning, financial reporting, and administration.
