THE WORK YOU WILL DOAs the Product Owner, you are responsible for prioritizing delivery plans, developing acceptance criteria, and facilitating continuous improvement to support the growth of operational effectiveness. You work closely with the cross-functional delivery teams to ensure products meet business and user requirements, and with product managers and business stakeholders to iterate on and improve the product over time. This position's annual base salary range is $110,000- $120,000. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidateâs work experience, education/training, critical skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations. Come join the USC ITS team and work as a trusted partner in shaping an environment of innovation and excellence.Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 5 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Proven experience establishing strong working relationships with diverse groups of team members and clients. Experience designing user-centered products that produce measurable results against documented problem statements. Proven record of defining and delivering end-to-end, user-centered products considering user research, market analysis, data, customer feedback, and both technical opportunities and constraints. Experience working in project-based environments using Lean and Agile methodologies, and developing and maintaining product roadmaps. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences. Experience authoring detailed functional specifications to drive effective technical solutions, with demonstrated analytical, organizational, project planning and product strategy skills.
