Responsibilities include:

• Lead the growth of Fund Administration in Europe, North America and South America
• Act as European Head for Investor Services and oversee teams in Jersey, Luxembourg, Ireland and the UK
• Support the building out of the European hub/centre of excellence to service Cayman, BVI, Delaware, UK, Ireland and Luxembourg domiciled funds
• Develop and manage the team in Europe ensuring each team member is aligned to the client service and system focus of the company strategy
• Be ultimately responsible for the timeliness and accuracy on all Investor Service matters relating to clients serviced out of Europe
• Manage excellent financial health of the service line, staff resources, time recoding, billing and collection
• Undertake business development trips and meetings to generate new business in Europe, both individually and in coordination with the internal stakeholders
• For any sales / quote meetings, be comfortable to pitch and represent all service lines (not limited to Investor Services) and lead negotiation of fees across multiple service lines to ensure we increase the likelihood of winning clients and maximise revenue/profits
• Continual European, North America and South America market reviews to identify potential new service offerings/jurisdictions and working with the relevant service line heads to implement
• Work in tandem with all service lines to ensure high levels of current and future service, client satisfaction and a reference-able client base
• Be the escalation point for all operational issues and requirements including service delivery, service review meetings and account opening for Investor Services in Europe, North America and South America
• Capture, advocate and drive service improvement opportunities and prioritise change management agendas across the service line
• Regular review of changing market requirements, regulation and service levels, and implement changes to strategy accordingly contribute to global product/market development and group strategy
• Develop, implement and monitor robust control framework, policies and procedures for all elements of the European Investor Services teams. Ensure these policies and procedures are compliant with the required regulations

Experience / Qualifications:

• Be extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the fund administration industry including Cayman, UK, BVI, Delaware, Jersey, Irish and Luxembourg open and closed ended funds
• Proven track record of new business generation with the ability to bring in new business from day one.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems;
• Commitment to high standards of client service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions
• Excellent management and influencing skills including managing several teams across different jurisdictions.
