The Technology Operations Manager is a management position responsible for creating budgets, schedules, strategic plans and goals associated with Facilities Development & Operations (FDO) technology operations. This position manages staff responsible for system administration and application development within the department. This position also manages the inter-relationship of all the systems listed below with University Centralized IT Teams, all project managers, and stakeholders including the campus community, ensuring minimal conflict when new systems, modules, and features are being implemented. These systems include but are not limited to: • e-Builder • ReADY, AiM, AiM IQ, and Go • Lenel OnGuard Access Control Software • BAC Siemens (Building Automation Control) • Edwards System Tech (FireWorks) • FuelDrive • KeyWin (Electronic Lock Boxes) • All other Facilities Management Databases • Administration of FDO's Office 365 resources • Other Specialized FDO Devices
