Master's degree in education, psychology, sociology, sport management, or related field. Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of learning assessment, learning strategies instruction, motivation enhancement, and study skills development techniques. Demonstrated knowledge of education-impacting disabilities and evidence-based intervention strategies. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds. Current knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to higher education and disability rights. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
