The Manager of Corporate Outreach within the Master's in Business Analytics team at WSB is responsible for overseeing corporate outreach and engagement as it relates to the delivery of the consulting practicum and student projects. The person in this role personally cultivates, secures and maintains relationship with business and industry partners. The Manager will partner closely with MSBA's Director of Experiential Learning, MBA & Master's Employer Relations, and the MSBA instructional team to identify business challenges and guide the company through their engagement in the practicum.

• 5% Evaluates existing strategies and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement
• 5% Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit operational policies and procedures
• 60% Plans and directs staff implementation of new and existing business outreach events, programs, communications, and research activities
• 5% Monitors portfolio activity and market share and disseminates updates to leadership and appropriate entities
• 5% Assists with implementing the unit personnel resource allocation plan including hiring, training, supervision, and resolution of personnel issues
• 20% Identify, cultivate and build alliances with corporate partners and engage them in consulting projects. Collaborate with other outreach leaders in the school to create a seamless and coordinated experience for corporate partners.
