![]() Food Service Worker Lead Available Title(s): 675G-YY_CS_NPS - Food Service Worker Lead Business Title: Food Service Worker Lead Employee Type: Classified Time Type: Full time Position Term: 9 Month Position Details: Summary of Duties: Under the direction of the Management Team, and indirect supervision of the Manager, this position is responsible for working with unit Chef and culinary team in preparation and presentation of food in assigned area(s) to include: platform menu items, special menus, prep items and catering menu items; develop and ensure proper par stock ordering levels so that sufficient quantities of product are on hand while minimizing waste from over purchasing; ensure for proper handling and storage of all food products; and provide an adequate supply of clean, sanitary and properly stored dishware, utensils, and pots and pans to appropriate work locations; maintain cleanliness of all storage areas and loading dock; assists in entry of orders, receiving all food, paper, and cleaning supplies, and other deliveries. Properly store, rotate and organize all food, paper and chemical storage locations in the unit. Responsible for the care of equipment used. Required Qualifications:
