Strategic Partner: Serves as a member of the Operations Leadership Team with primary focus on the Facilities, Capital Development, and Sustainability unit in phase one. Enables achievement of the operations mission and goals by working in close partnership with leadership, staff, and service providers to develop and implement the teams' strategy. Understands and monitors external and internal factors influencing the team's mission and goals. Plans for financial and non-financial resources required for the team to achieve its goals. Supports unit and program leaders in conceptualizing, prioritizing, and planning new programs or program changes. Required Skill/ability 1: Demonstrated record of successful leadership roles requiring financial and personnel management responsibilities. Well-developed organizational, analytical, managerial and project management skills. High level strategic planning and problem resolution skills. Required Skill/ability 2: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Well developed computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of financial and administrative leadership experience in a large organization. Advanced knowledge of and experience with financial operations and analysis; audits, budgeting, forecasting and project accounting. Strong experience in staff and labor relations, preferably in a union environment. Experience with enterprise financial and administrative systems. Experience leading and organizing effective project teams. Experience acting as a change agent in a matrix environment. |
