(Job #527851) Administrator II, Director of Counseling and Psychological Services, Salary Range: $4,583 - $14,713 monthly, Hiring Range: starting salary $10,417 - $11,500 monthly. Starting salary: $125,000 - 138,000 based on a 12/12 time base (depending on qualifications). Salary will be adjusted for an 11/12 hire. This is a full-time, benefited, exempt, 11/12 or 12/12 pay plan (work 11 or 12 months of the year with pay and benefits over 12 months) permanent position in Counseling and Psychological Services. Time-base (11 or 12 mos) is negotiable for the first three years of the position, but 12/12 time-base will be expected beyond the first three years of appointment. This position is an Administrator II in the California State University Management Personnel Plan (MPP). Under this plan, incumbents are subject to normal management reviews and serve at the pleasure of the University President.
