The Associate Director of Trademark Licensing and Promotional Assets promotes and protects the LMU brand through oversight and daily operations of its trademarks licensing program. The Associate Director is responsible for generating and maximizing licensing royalty revenue streams and brand reach, working with campus partners to develop innovative retail campaigns, marketing strategies, and new retail opportunities that advance the brand and promote university values. The position reviews and approves all uses of university trademarks, including the university name, logos, and taglines, and educates internal and external audiences on appropriate trademark use. The Associate Director creates, implements and enforces a cohesive, internal promotional product procurement and fulfillment program. The Associate Director works closely with LMU's licensing agency, university counsel, and campus partners to maximize retail potential and protect against trademark infringement.
