Reports to: Assistant Director of Operations Position Specific Accountabilities 1. Coordinate the day-to-day management of the Area Office program for Student Housing Office (SHO). This includes the hiring, supervision, scheduling, and training of 30-40 student staff. Additional responsibilities include on-site auditing, updating procedures and protocols of Area Office program. 2. Coordinate the day-to-day management of the Lion Express program. This includes the hiring, supervision, scheduling student staff. Additional responsibilities include on-site auditing, updating procedures and protocols of the Lion Express program. 3. Report management and data reconciling as requested. This may include work orders, Area Office Resource Tracking, billing, opening and closing reports as needed. 4. Manage the SHO Room Reservation schedule (i.e. Sullivan Academic Center, SHO Meeting Room, SHO Conference Room). 5. Assist with the opening and closing processes for the residential facilities as requested. 6. Coordinate and collaborate in recruitment and marketing efforts across the Student Affairs Division. 7. Work to continually improve methods, forms, tracking, and reporting systems for team. 8. Continually monitor, review, and revise department work schedules and office hours, manuals, handbooks, website, and social media for quality assurance. Create new documents as required. Maintain a system for ease of retrieval and distribution of program files, updates, and operational records. 9. Participate in all activities, events, and special projects for the department and affiliated programs, including, but not limited to recruitment, welcome orientations, advisory board meetings, retreats, engagement programming and collaboration, commencement, and other special events. 10. Process Workday p-card, requisitions, and travel arrangements requested. Oversee departmental purchases and budget, ensuring adherence to budget allocations. Reconcile monthly and provide reports for budgets as required within prescribed deadlines 11. Provide support to the Housing leadership team on special projects 12.
