Department Name: 7K100:PHARMACY ACADEMIC AFFAIRS Job Summary: The College of Pharmacy is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I. This position will assist with the management and facilitation of day-to-day operations within the Office of Student Success and External Studies (e.g., triage central office email communications, interface with students/preceptors, scheduling/calendar management, etc.). Will coordinate all relative business center documents as required by each business center unit (timesheets, etc.) Views and verifies departmental accounting/budget availability and identifies appropriate methodology for submission of pre-approvals and/or relative documents to respective business center subject matter expert(s). Upon pre-approval process, follows appropriate methodology for those tasks to be completed at the department level (travel reservations details). Assist with the coordination, planning and delivery of all student-centric activities [orientation, honors & awards, white coat ceremony, graduation]. Assist with managing the front desk and greeting patrons as they enter the office suite. Assist Advisors with coordination of student organization activities and assist with creating and maintaining a COP co-curricular database. Manages Data entry for PharmD student compliance requirements (e.g., immunizations, CPR, bloodborne pathogens, HIPPA, permission requests, honor code acknowledgement, drug screens, COVID compliance, and background checks and experiential education requirements. Works with course faculty and student groups for community service learning scheduling and reporting. We are seeking someone with excellent customer service and project management skills with great attention to detail.
