• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in management of athletic equipment preferably with direct knowledge of independent schools
• Experience working in a fast-paced office or school setting preferred, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and oral competency required
• Must have AEMA Certification (mandatory)
• Experience working with expense reports preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis in Word, Excel, and new technologies per AEMA and NFHA standards
• Demonstrated ability to use good judgment to handle confidential information sensitively
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze and interpret correspondence, e-mail communications, professional publications, and technical manuals
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception
• Ability to stand, sit for extended periods, bending lifting (up to 50lbs) pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling, stopping, use of hands and fingers to manipulate objects
• Comfortable with exposure to all kinds of weather
• Ability to use chemicals safely when performing routine tasks
• Comfortable operating in standard athletic field, gym, recreational environments
