Lineage Bank is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team at our on-site location in Franklin, TN. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, reconciling accounts, providing support for audits, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and experience managing financial records.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a strong academic record
2-3 years of experience in bank accounting
Proficiency in accounting software, including Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with state and federal financial regulations and reporting is a plus
