Job Title: Marketing Manager, HALO USA Job Purpose: This role will build and execute communication and marketing plans to drive growth for HALO’s business objectives and be a key contributor to the growth and success of our communications and marketing activities. The role reports to the Head of Development and Communications at HALO Trust USA and coordinates the marketing and communications strategy and plan of action with the HALO USA Leadership and the UK Communications Team (HQ). We’re looking for a natural communicator, resourceful and efficient team player with a proven track record in marketing across digital and traditional channels. The role requires strong creative skills, excellent copywriting, and proven experience in using analytics and metrics to inform and power successful campaigns. It will suit someone who enjoys working in a stimulating, fast-paced environment. The individual should have a minimum of 7 or more years of experience in a marketing function and a degree in marketing. Key working relationships (internal): HALO USA Executive Director and colleagues across Philanthropy, Government Affairs & Congressional Affairs, UK Comms, UK Philanthropy, and Programme Heads of Regions.
