The Health Careers Navigator supports students and program success by recruiting students into the Nursing and Allied Health programs and supporting their successful transition into certificate, diploma, and degree pathways within the college. The navigator provides student support, guidance, academic progress review and develops recruitment and retention efforts for new and continuing students through their program of study. Additionally, works with industry contacts creating awareness and recruiting events. The incumbent takes a lead role in prospect development and communication and works closely with the Director of Enrollment and Nursing/Allied Health Dean's and faculty. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
