Job Summary: In conjunction with the Associate Vice President, manages and prepares the annual operating budget and provides professional expertise in administering budget plans, processes, and procedures for the University. Leadership of budget, planning and analysis team, staff training and development, and execution of operational goals. Provides reporting, forecasting, and analysis of university budgets and financial decision support data to executive leadership. Responsible for development and completion of standard and specialized reports. Directs and oversees special projects and other tasks as assigned. Essential Duties:
