 BLANK AST 3 (Administrative Support Specialist) Department Description Distribution & Logistics is a multifunctional organization that operates within Supply Chain Management. It consists of five distinct locations that provide essential services to the Davis campus and medical-center community. Its services encompass Aggie Surplus, Bulk Mail Services, Central Receiving, Central Storehouse, Compressed Gas Cylinder Program, Document Storage and Shred Program, Furniture Program, Mail Services, Microscope Services, SCM Stores, and Special Services. This position provides administrative support to the various Distribution & Logistics operations. Duties are variable as well as assigned. They encompass coordinating numerous activities, strategic planning, billing clients, reconciliation, minute-taking, recordkeeping, customer service, event planning, and inventory management. Job Summary Under general supervision of the Director this position is responsible for performing administrative that includes but is not limited to coordinating activities, billing clients, invoice and account reconciliation, recordkeeping, customer service, event planning, inventory management and special projects.
