What Billing Services contributes to Cardinal HealthCustomer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment. Responsibilities · Work in conjunction with account management team and/or customer regarding invoicing & billing related issues · SalesForce case work, including, but not limited to credit/rebills and invoicing issues · Work collaboratively with other functional areas in root cause analysis and problem resolution · Engage customers in billing process change recommendations and managing customer expectations · Train and assist account management team in billing practices to mitigate customer inquiry case work · Applies knowledge of standard OptiFreight processes to resolve unmatched transactions · Process customer PO Files, customer File Shares, and customer reporting as required · Review customer transactions prior to invoicing to ensure accuracy · Attend internal and external meetings associated with problem solving billing issues for specific customers · Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SEQL Server, and other OptiFreight systems Qualifications · Bachelors degree in business related field, or equivalent work experience preferred · Knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams. · Experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls. · Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support. · Ability to respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers. · Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
