• Reporting directly to the assistant dean and director of undergraduate admissions and outreach, the incumbent will engage in all phases of the admissions and outreach processes. The incumbent will actively be involved with day-to-day operations of admissions efforts, including coordinating with relevant campus program partners and USC's Enrollment Services Division.

• The incumbent will offer admission guidance to prospective freshmen/transfer undergraduate students.

• Regular analysis, tracking and reporting of outreach efforts is also required.

• Extended and weekend working hours are seasonally required.

• The incumbent may also represent the program at off-campus programs requiring domestic travel.

• The incumbent will hire, train, and supervise up to 12 undergraduate/graduate interns.

Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education

• Minimum Experience: 0 - 6 months

• Minimum Field of Expertise: Counseling skills and/or academic advisement experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in college admissions within a research institution. 

The hourly rate range for this position is $27.00 - $31.63.
