The hours are 3:00pm to 11:30pm.To insure the coordinating of all inbound and outbound movements of company trailers between the plant warehouse and the offsite warehouse. Receiving - 100% accurate and timely receipts.
Shipping - 100% on-time and accurate shipments - Zero complaints.
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES: Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. Physically count all cycle counts directed to by Supervisor, report all inventory adjustments. Special requests / plant contact, grade changes, labeling, samples, etc...Assist in all office duties as requested by Supervisor Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning. Communicates with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in support of the company's goals and objectives Maintain personal tools required for your job. Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion. Must maintain positive customer and employee relations. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. Possess a valid CDL Drivers license and pass DOT physical and drug test. Experience: 2-5 years' experience in the field or in a related field with a current CDL Drivers License. Must be proficient in SAP as it relates to the job functions Be certified by C&W Services to operate a forklift PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
