Principle Responsibilities This role is typically the main point of contact for design on their assigned account(s), creating and implementing design standards and guidelines while providing management of and support of assigned Project Designers or Project Design Managers. Requirements *Bachelor's degree from an CIDA accredited institution in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.) required, OR Bachelor's degree in Other Major than above plus Interior Design Certification, Degree or Diploma.*NCIDQ Certification Preferred*Five + years experience in a corporate real estate environment.*Able to quality control drawings utilizing IBC and ADA. *Create and manage Revit templates and families. Bonus if they have knowledge in Dynamo.*Could serve as main point of contact for assigned account(s)*Could serve as primary point of contact for regarding Space Planning & Design, Data Management, FF&E, and Moves and provides supervision/leadership to these teams with escalation issues that arise regarding individual projects *Develops client workplace standards; recommends new standards and looks for continued improvements to the client workplace design*Oversees and helps to direct all third-party relationships with architects, engineers, etc.*Interfaces with Client to define processes for design team members*Reports and presents trends, timelines, and escalations to Account Director*Generates monthly metrics reports for SLA's and KPI's identified within the contractProvide on-going training to team, related to space planning & design Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
