One of Boston's industry leaders in Asset Management is seeking to bring on a Senior Finance Associate to join their Credit team. You will have the opportunity to learn the Credit business while aiding in all aspects of financial reporting and performing any ad-hoc requests as needed by management.

Responsibilities:

• Organize financial reporting and operational activity for the firm's various entities
• Provide tax support for partnering entities
• Collaborate with other members of the team to drive initiatives, create efficiency, and mentor junior team members
• Work with firm members of all levels on projects to enhance final product
• Close interaction with Operations and outside Administrators when issues are discovered as part of the financial reporting process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (Master's degree a plus)
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Big 4 consulting experience within a financial environment
• Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Investran or other fund accounting software preferred
