They are now looking for Payment Analyst/Associate to handle reimbursement claims, payments, cheque register, payable records, and monitoring. They operate a large-scale comprehensive securities with trading, asset management, and private wealth management services.
Job Description
Responsible for daily payment duties including reviewing reimbursement claims, handling payments, maintaining cheque register and outstanding payables records, etc.
Perform effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to recipients in a timely manner
Arrange supporting documents to internal & external auditors
Assist in other accounting related ad hoc assignment/projects
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree with major in accounting, finance, and other relevant discipline
Around 3 years of accounting working experience in any industry
Experiences in financial institutions are preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
