AVP Basel IV Whippany, NJ As a Barclays Assistant Vice President Basel IV, you will get an exciting opportunity to work in the Regulatory Capital Team and handle the development & on-going calculation and reporting of both point in time and CCAR Projected risk weighted assets (RWAs), capital, leverage, and SCCL Large Exposures for Barclays IHC (Intermediate Holding Company) to internal and external stakeholders. This will be performed in accordance with the Federal Reserve interpretation of the Basel III risk-based capital rules. What will you be doing? ??? Assisting any new business architecture required to support the Regulatory Capital computation per the Federal Reserve Bank Basel III requirements across the IHC ??? Engaging on the build out of Basel IV Regulatory Capital program ??? Providing guidance on Regulatory Capital external reporting requirements to the Federal Reserve ??? Maintaining and developing robust internal controls governing Reg Cap including policies and procedures; change control; comprehensive documentation and review by Internal Audit ??? Liaising with individual business lines and other stakeholders on Single Counterparty Credit Limits ??? Assisting in the development a data governance framework for SCCL program and coordinate efforts with infrastructure areas feeding into regulatory capital process What we're looking for: ??? Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting ??? Expertise in US Bank regulatory/risk reporting ??? Extensive experience with Federal Reserve Bank Basel III regulatory Capital requirements, preferably at a Large FBO ??? Prior experience in managing governance and controls framework Skills that will help you in the role: ??? CPA, CFA, MBA beneficial and background of US GAAP accounting ??? Advanced level of knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint ??? Knowledge of Regulatory Capital stress testing requirements for CCAR reporting ???
