Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Two year degree (AS/AA/AAS/diploma) in a related field.
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience developing and managing professional business-to-business relationships.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with MS Office suite.
• Customer service skills.
• Valid MN Driver's License.
• Experience in workforce training and education field.
• Travel is required, some minimal overnight stays may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Teaching or corporate training experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, agriculture or construction processes, procedures, techniques, etc.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Desire2Learn or similar learning management systems.
• Experience writing curriculum or developing professional training programs.
