This position is responsible for providing the system's administrative and self-service users with training, reporting, and troubleshooting, and performs tasks integral to the central use of multiple systems. This position is expected to actively seek out innovative new processes and provide enhancements in efficiencies, student and staff self-service, and strategies with operational data and reconciliation needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or a combination of education and experience that equates to four years. 3 years of related professional experience, including supervision experience. Duties & Responsibilities: Manages and oversees the efforts of the Central Card Office. Maintains all Central Card Equipment and monitors system resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recover-ability. Manages Mobile Ordering and POS operations at more than 20 retail locations. Facilitates updates and peripherals of more than 80 cash registers on campus. Fosters a positive collaborative relationship with leadership and staff in Residence Life, CMU Dining, Auxiliary Services, Financial Services & Reporting, and Information Technology. Maintains and monitors financial records and accounts for Central Card Office and Auxiliary Services. Manages CMU Dining meal plan and flex website payment gateway. Responsible for the reconciliation and auditing of accounts between Transact and SAP. Generates financial and transaction reports. Assists in setting standards, policies, and practices as it relates to the Central Card Office and coordinates practices campus wide. Creates, reconciles, and audits accounts which includes operating, maintenance, clearing and social accounts; processes journal transfers for all Auxiliary departments. Oversees, manages, and reconciles TRANSACT Point of Sale system. Provides support, troubleshooting, and report training for all campus areas that use the Mobile Credential. Purchases, installs and maintains credit card machines and merchant accounts used through CMU Dining and Transact system. Coordinates all equipment needs and configurations for new POS locations on campus by working with IT and the Director of Business Operations for Auxiliary Services. Develops training materials and schedules for Cloud POS users. Supervises the Transact Campus softwares access, permissions, and upgrades. Participates in cross institutional work groups and teams. Prepares regular financial statements and makes available timely and accurate financial information. Monitors fiscal procedures for duplication, efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with required policies and regulations, making modifications if needed.
