![]() Financial Systems Analyst University of California Riverside Job Number: 29633999 Full/Part Time: Full Time Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Salary: $71,100 - $128,700 Position Information Under the general supervision of the Business & Financial Services (BFS) Financial Systems Project Manager, this position will serve as a key team member on the Impact23 (Financial Systems Replacement) program, deployed July 1, 2023, through the stabilization period and continuing to long-term support, working closely with functional areas and their leaders, to document and assess business processes and perform data analysis associated with the implementation. Additionally, it will operate as a support analyst for systems deployment, especially focused on business use cases, policy questions, and troubleshooting configurations, interfaces, integrations and technical design. The position will provide recommendations for business process improvements and related internal control functions balanced against University of California campus and system-wide policies and procedures. This position will work closely with functional subject matter experts in the areas of the general ledger, budget, security, procurement, accounts payables, travel, pre- and post-award administration, asset management, and accounts receivables. Collaborates with other program team members as needed, including the change/communication manager, implementation partners, and trainers, to ensure respective program activities and coordinated and properly documented. The effort assigned to the job responsibilities may shift in response to changing goals and objectives and the demands of the program. The full salary range for the Financial Systems Analyst is $71,100.00 - $128,700.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $85,500.00 - $98,875.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Education Education Requirements Degree Requirement Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Required Experience Experience Requirement Experience implementing and/or supporting a Cloud ERP Product. Preferred 4 - 7 years of related experience. Required Experience implementing and/or supporting financial ERP software. Preferred Experience on an end-user support team for business or technical cases Preferred Experience implementing and/or supporting Concur Travel & Expense Preferred Familiarity with business and/or IT Support Models (e.g., ITIL) Preferred Experience implementing and/or supporting a software system in a Higher Education environment. Preferred Experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Financials. Preferred Minimum Requirements Special Condition Requirement Must pass a background check. Required Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated testing and test planning skills. Thorough knowledge of related areas of IT. Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture. Broad knowledge relating to software design. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds. In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.
