Department Name: H3320:Perioperative Services Job Summary: The NORA (Non-OR Anesthesia) Coordinator will schedule and manage the block schedule for all non-operating room anesthesia cases in the areas of diagnostic and interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization lab, endoscopy, and radiation oncology for adult inpatients and outpatients. The successful candidate will coordinate anesthesia coverage for both scheduled and add-on cases using the current block schedule, and ensure proper booking of those cases in the Epic electronic health record. The NORA Coordinator will work closely with Anesthesiology department leadership, operational leadership in the various procedural areas, clinics, and inpatient care teams to maximize efficiency and patient access.
