Position Summary

The Program Coordinator will oversee and manage day-to-day academic activities while providing crucial administrative support to multiple faculty members within the Hematologic Malignancies team in the Division of Hematology Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors.
• Schedule meetings (reserve conference rooms, update shared calendars, coordinate A/V support, etc.).
• Schedule potential recruits/candidates for interviews with leadership and institutional stakeholders, coordinating with other institutional Administrative Assistants as necessary.
• Manage registration, travel arrangements, and reimbursements for meetings and conferences, ensuring compliance with University travel policies and procedures.
• Administer membership applications and annual renewals.
• Handle mail distribution.
• Facilitate office and lab supply orders.
• Initiate requests for access through CUIT, Telecommunications, etc.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in website development and updates on social media platforms.
• Manage purchase orders, P-card reconciliations, accounts payable, and lab/program budgets.
• Provide support for other financial activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training and experience, plus three years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Successful completion of applicable compliance and systems training requirements
