![]() Postdoctoral Research Associate About the Opportunity A postdoctoral research position is available in the Slavov Laboratory to study the coordination of post-transcriptional and metabolic regulatory mechanisms in single cells. We can support both projects initiated by the candidate and suggest multiple projects tailored to the candidates and funded by our ongoing projects, including NIH MIRA award and an Allen Distinguished Investigator Award for tracking protein dynamics in single cells. We are particularly interested in advancing single-cell proteomics technologies and applying them to exciting biological problems, such as the regulation of macrophage polarization and other areas outlined in this Science article. The successful applicant will join a collaborative state-of-the-art laboratory with multiple LC-MS/MS systems and is expected to build strong collaborative partnerships within the group, as well as to develop and drive new projects within the scope of the Single-cell proteomics center.
