Research Data Analyst (RSCH DATA ANL 2)-SOM: MED:EQUITY DIVERSITY INCLUSION Job Summary Under the supervision of the Sr Project Manager and with the guidance from key Center leaders, the Research Data Analyst (RDA) will provide support in a variety of activities related to project coordination, data collection, data management, data analysis, project evaluation design, and grant and report writing. This position will coordinate and support evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to measure the impact programs and other outcomes. This position will work closely with health center teams, community-based partners, community members, and project teams to ensure the day-to-day implementation of project efforts are maintained and aligned with evaluation workplans. This position will work to analyze a variety of different data including but not limited to patient experience data, clinic data, pre/post survey data, needs assessment data, focus group data, etc. Additionally, this position will also help with evaluation design of new projects or new outcome measures. This is a full-time position currently funded through March 31, 2025 with the possibility of extension. This position may require travel, including weekends, to sites for data collection and/or in person meetings.
