Job Title Solutions ManagerJob Description Summary The Solutions Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Solutions Management in developing and maintaining a company-wide Services Catalog, developing and implementing Innovation Frameworks, identifying emerging technologies and start-ups for partnership opportunities, designing new service offerings, and defining how best to leverage this to increase sales differentiation and win rate.This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside of our business to identify best practices, capture innovative opportunities, and ensure all attributes of solutions are evaluated. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Management, the Solutions Manager will contribute to the design and standardization of configurable offerings and support the Solutions Architecture team as they respond to new pursuits and renewals. Note: Technical knowledge of janitorial and/or maintenance services is not required but can be advantageous in this role. The Solutions Manager will work closely with the Director of Solutions Management to support their goals and objectives while contributing to the overall success of the Solutions Management function.
