WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Project and Development Manager is responsible for the analysis and reporting of selected Retail Loan Operations functions and contributes to the overall blueprint for improvement and data monitoring within the team. This person cultivates positive working relationships with various associates and departments and prepares reports, compiles measurement analytics and supports special projects across multiple service support functions. This person is also responsible for the development and management of all Onboarding and Development programs and oversees the Onboarding and Development Coordinator in their tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Through a team-based approach, the Retail Loan Ops Analyst will execute the following:

• Provide Reporting/Analysis Functions, and Speak to Findings:
  • Evaluate KPI metrics
  • Provide timely and accurate review of system reports ensuring that servicing/regulatory guidelines are being followed.
  • Create and maintain reporting of production to business lines
  • Create ad hoc reporting - as requested
  • Create and maintain procedures for data analytics around productivity
• Evaluate and Execute Best Practices:
  • Review processes and make recommendations for efficiency
  • Provide support during merger and acquisitions acting in a project manager capacity.
  • Work collaboratively with Busey associates, including leaders, on special projects and complete work assignments in a timely manner
  • Help foster an engaged culture within the department, through which high customer service standards are maintained.
  • Oversee the development of department manual and coordinate with other team managers to maintain or create procedures applicable to the manual.
• Collaborate with other managers to Develop & Implement Onboarding Programs:
  • Review current training protocol and provide critical feedback for improvements
  • Assist with onboarding of new associates in department
  • Provide support during merger and acquisitions
  • Lead and refine onboarding and training programs
• Quality Control & Risk:
  • Daily review of quality control audits to identify training opportunities
  • Maintain reporting dashboard to other lines of business
  • Review daily internal GL's to ensure daily reconciling
  • Help develop KRI's for internal team
• Maintain department intranet pages and ensure efficient utilization

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Project Management Certification Preferred
• Requires college degree preferably in business/finance
• 3+ years of financial services industry experience required
• Requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with Excel.
